Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
PAYMENT
In order to initiate the payment you may proceed to the payment page with chosen item. You have to fill your contact details and card credentials on our platform. After successful acceptance of the details provided by you within the electronic form, the purchase will be automated placed and you will receive the item within 24 hours.
RETURNS
All refunds are being process within 3 days after the request. Our team is doing our best in order to satisfy your needs. We are able to process the refunds if this falls under the accepted Terms and Conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@Astro8.net to obtain a reference number. After receiving a reference number, kindly await the refund within 7 calendar days.
If refund won’t be deposited onto your account, we kindly ask to refer to you issuer bank.
REFUNDS
After receiving your request, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
